Privacy
This site is built to collect as little as possible about the people who use it.
What we record
Daily counts of page views, program impressions, and the service types, towns, and languages people search for. A query that we could not match is kept as text only, for 30 days, then deleted. Nothing is recorded about who made a search.
What we never record
We never store the text of a matched search, your IP address, cookies that identify you, or any account identity tied to a metric. If a search matches a crisis term, nothing about that session is recorded at all.
Industry accounts
Signed in professionals see counts of their own activity only. No one, including administrators, can see which individual viewed a referral panel.
